• MANAGEMENT PROFILES:

• Laura Morehouse EVP, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

  Laura has over 30 years experience in design and packaging management. She has led packaging teams for Matchbox, LJN and Ideal and has extensive experience with overseas production. Laura and Mark formed LM Designs! which later merged with C. Oakley Design to form One Flight Up.

• Carol Stanhope EVP, DESIGN DIRECTOR

  Carol has over 30 years in the design industry working for Hasbro and J. Madison Advertising and co-founded C. Oakley Design. Her expertise lies in promotional design, corporate communications, advertising and illustration. Carol holds a degree in Fashion Illustration from FIT.

• William Stanhope EVP, MANAGING DIRECTOR

  Bill started over 35 years ago working in the design departments and directing new product development for Child Guidance, Gabriel, Hasbro and LJN. He partnered with Carol in the late 80s to form C. Oakley Design, specializing in sales promotional materials and advertising. Bill holds a BS in Industrial Design from the University of Bridgeport.

• Mark Morehouse EVP, TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

  Mark has over 35 years in the design industry, with a primary focus on product design, graphics, packaging and illustration. Mark has been an adjunct drawing and design professor for the toy design department of FIT in NYC and holds a BS degree in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design in California.

Our expertise includes new product concepting, packaging, print and promotional design.
